Inspired by the Spanish word for ‘ember’, Ascua offers Spanish-influenced cuisine prepared using the freshest Western Australian produce, cooked to perfection over the smouldering coals of Olive and Banksia wood. The theatre-style open kitchen will be a focal point of your visit, showcasing a sizzling wood-fired grill and chefs preparing dry-aged meats and seafood to perfection.
