Director of Food and Beverage, Andrew McGie has introduced an “Experiences” concept, where guests are invited to reserve a seating to enjoy the flawless union of Champagne and Caviar inside the warm and ambient Ascua.

Ascua, a refined dining experience in the heart of the city, known for its wood-fired grill and impressive collection of over 70 Western Australian Wines is pleased to offer “Champagne and Caviar” From May 9th - 31st August 2024.

Enjoy a selection of award-winning black pearl caviar, accompanied by a velvety crème fraiche, chives, fresh dill and homemade gaufrette crisps, paired with Laurent Perrier Champagne starting at $160 per couple.

This voucher includes 10g of Black Pearl Caviar and 375ml bottle of Laurent Perrier Champagne.
